At Easy Learn, a service provided by ONYXON LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for our educational courses, materials, and services.


REFUND ELIGIBILITY
DIGITAL COURSES AND MATERIALS
Refunds for digital courses, downloadable content, and other educational materials are not provided once access is granted, except in the following cases:
- The content is defective or incomplete.
- Technical issues prevent access, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
LIVE AND SCHEDULED LESSONS
Refunds for live or scheduled sessions are subject to the following conditions:
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the session starts.
- Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible, except in cases of emergencies at our discretion.
SUBSCRIPTIONS SERVICES
If you have a subscription to our services:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be provided for unused portions of the subscription term if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the subscription start date.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made after 14 days of the subscription start date.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Refunds are not available for courses or services purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer, unless required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund:

- Your full name and contact information.
- Purchase details, including the date of purchase and the service or product name.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. 
Any applicable transaction fees or charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- Failure to complete a course or access materials within the stated timeframe.
- Dissatisfaction with the course content when the full course description was provided prior to purchase.
- Unauthorized purchases made by third parties.
